CHELSEA PERETTI
Chelsea Peretti is currently a writer on the Emmy-nominated NBC show “Parks and Recreation.” Previously, she wrote for “The Sarah Silverman Program” as well as various other shows, including the MTV Movie Awards and Nick Kroll’s forthcoming sketch show for Comedy Central. One of Variety’s top 10 comics to watch in 2010, Chelsea’s half hour “Comedy Central Presents” aired in 2011. She has recently been seen opposite Louis CK on his hit show “Louie,” on “The Sarah Silverman Program,” on “Last Call with Carson Daly,” and as a correspondent for “Lopez Tonight.” She is a regular on Tru TV’s The Smoking Gun Presents. Her voice can be heard in Grand Theft Auto IV and in Adult Swim’s “Professor Brothers.”
Chelsea has performed stand-up at festivals including the Montreal Just For Laughs Festival, Just for Laughs Chicago, the HBO Aspen Comedy Festival, The Las Vegas Comedy Festival, SXSW, Bonnaroo, and Bumbershoot. She tours clubs and theatres across the country, and was one of four comedians in the 10-city Axe Twisted Humor Tour in conjunction with Funny or Die. She performs a monthly show at UCB entitled “How to Live with Chelsea Peretti” and is found regularly at venues around Los Angeles including the Improv, Largo, and The Comedy Store.
